The 'Click to Schedule' widget is operated by Timetrade a US–based company providing appointment scheduling software https://www.timetrade.com/privacy-statement

Contact Us form: the information from these forms (name, email, phone, message content) is sent to Us via email and is also stored on the website's database on the server to aid with investigation, if you report not receiving them by email. This data is deleted at regular intervals.

Our opt-in Clinic Newsletter database is stored on third party Email Service Providers (ESP) https://www.bluespark.co.uk. They are UK-based and GDPR compliant.

8. Do We Share Your Data?

Subject to section 8 below, We will not share any of your data provided through the website with any third parties for any purposes.

In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority.

Should you book and attend an appointment your data will be transferred to your clinical record and our client privacy policy will outline how we then store and use your data. If you do not wish to make an appointment your original e-mail will be erased and any paper copy containing your data will be shredded.

9. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of Our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by Us.
