Qualifications and Experience
Kamila Fuczko is a London-based Chartered Physiotherapist with over 22 years of clinical experience specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, running injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and movement-based recovery.
She uses a whole-body, evidence-based approach that combines physiotherapy, Anatomy Trains principles, and functional movement analysis to identify the underlying causes of pain and injury. Her treatment plans are tailored to each individual, supporting recovery from sports injuries, orthopaedic surgery, spinal conditions, and joint pain affecting the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and upper limbs.
Kamila has advanced training in running rehabilitation through the Movement and Running School in London and incorporates Dynamic Movement techniques to improve coordination, gait mechanics, and performance. Her treatments may include manual therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), acupuncture, Pilates rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, and soft tissue therapy.
Kamila holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MAACP). Her practice combines clinical precision with a deep commitment to restoring confident, efficient movement at every stage of life.

Kamila is happy to assess with any condition and she has developed a special interest in the following areas:
- Running Injuries
- Skiing Injuries
- Spine-related pain
- Occupational health-related conditions such as work-related upper limb disorders (also known as RSI), and overuse problems
- Pre & post operative rehabilitation
In her spare time, Kamila enjoys art and travelling. She is a keen windsurfer, snowboarder, climber and volleyball player.
Clinic Days
Kamila is available all day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday mornings
