FREE RESOURCES TO HELP YOU SELF-MANAGE YOUR MUSCULO-SKELETAL PAIN
Many people that we would normally see in the clinic are now self-managing at home in line with current Government Guidelines. We are also hearing from people who are normally fine and trouble-free but are now having problems due to a change in their activity levels (increasing and decreasing) or starting a different kind of exercise or activity to what they usually do.
Still more are having issues getting comfortable at their new home workstation.
Whilst we are available for Remote Consultations by Video or Skype, in the first instance many people just want some reliable advice on what is the best thing to do to settle down the problem.
We have put together some resources from our own collection and various other sources to get you started.
