9th January 2018 - Ski Injury Prevention

I went to an Update on Ski-injuries lecture last night given by a team of Expert Orthopaedic Surgeons (fortiusclinic.com). Bit depressing though that they’re already seeing this season’s ski injuries. Thought I’d post on prevention issues just to remind all those hoping to get to the slopes soon. I like this advice from the American site www.orthoinfo.aaos.org.
