Prevent Low Back Pain Recurrence with Walking
An Australian study just published in the Lancet has shown that regular walking along with pain-related education can help prevent recurrences of low back pain. The study from Macquarie University and the University of Sydney, Australia had over 700 participants and included a control group. Further studies suggested from this research were examining other forms of exercise such as swimming and cycling to see if there was a similar effect.
