- Muscle energy technique
- Soft tissue release,
combined with Swedish massage in order to address muscle imbalance built up through training, occupational and everyday activities, optimise functional movement and reduce pain.
Chifumi believes that massage can be used to alleviate the symptoms often associated with chronic conditions such as frozen shoulder, spinal disc disease, arthritis, sprain/strain injuries as well as reduce a risk of reinjury and can help maintain a healthy body alignment.
Chifumi is very involved in continued education and training and has attended courses with internationally renowned orthopedic massage therapists such as James Waslaski.
"I wanted to thank you for all your help and support when I was suffering with my frozen shoulder. I have been swimming backstroke fully and enjoying a pain-free shoulder. I am absolutely sure that without your intervention I would not be at this stage. You were also supportive and understanding which helped me enormously."
