01/07/18 - Congratulations to Francois-Xavier! Ultra-Trail du Mercantour Côte d’Azur

Huge congratulations to Francois-Xavier Armengaud Physiotherapist

Francois successfully completed the Ultra-Trail du Mercantour Côte d’Azur in June coming in a very respectable 40^th out of 200 competitors (that's him in the black running kit in centre picture between the green and the white running tops!).

He had to battle a nasty fog and thunderstorm coming over the last summit but was very pleased with his time of 7 hours ish.

He even managed to get back to Islington and his clinic list on the following Tuesday - Respect Francois!!

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for straightening out my back, didn't believe it was possible and now I feel great, you're a star!"
