Helen

Helen Skehan MSc., BSc Hons Physiotherapy, MCSP, MMACP
Practice Principal

Helen qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 1988 and has since worked extensively in both the NHS and in Private Practice. She completed her MSc in Neuromusculo-skeletal physiotherapy in 1993 and worked for a number of years in a busy multidisciplinary City Clinic before establishing Physio Solutions in 1998. Helen has a special interest in Spinal conditions and Occupational Health-related conditions. She is a member of the Acupuncture association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

 

Daniel

Daniel Brown MSc., BSc Hons Physiotherapy, MMACP
Daniel came to physiotherapy having already qualified as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. He graduated from Brunel University in 2001 and gained his MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University College London.  He has worked in the London area in both the NHS and in Private Practice gaining wide-ranging experience. He currently works part-time with the British Judo Association attending international competitions and training camps, and Blackheath Rugby Club. Daniel has also worked with GB Boxing, GB Athletics and Chelsea Football Club Academy.

Jade

Jade Pattison MCSP
Jade graduated form the University of Health Sciences (Spain) in 2002. She worked in private practice in Spain for 2 years before returning to the UK. The following 7 years were spent working for Bournemouth and then later Hampshire NHS Trust specialising in musculoskeletal injuries. Jade has a special interest in hand and upper limb conditions and is a member of The British Association of Hand Therapists.

Nikos

Nikos Stamos MCSP MSc MMACP
Nikos studied physiotherapy in Athens, Greece between 2000-2005. He continued his postgraduate studies in the University of Brighton, where he completed his MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2009. In 2010, he completed his diploma in Injection Therapy in the University of Southampton. During this time he worked in several hospitals around the UK and in private practice. He is a member of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MMACP) and a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MAACP). He has published his MSc study in the well acknowledged Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics.

Will

Will McDermott MCSP
Will qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 and since graduating, he has worked in both the NHS and in Private Practice gaining experience in a wide variety of areas of physiotherapy. Will specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has experience in treating acute injuries, chronic pain and a variety of post-operative conditions. He has completed post-graduate study in the areas of Pilates, acupuncture and spinal manipulations. Will believes in thorough biomechanical assessment to establish why problems arise and he uses a hands-on approach and exercise programmes to correct any dysfunctions ensuring a speedy recovery.

Sarah

Sarah Holmes BSc Hons Physiotherapy, MCSP
Sarah graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2004. She has had over 6 years experience in the NHS treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. Sarah has a special interest in spinal and lower limb injuries and enjoys the challenge of enabling clients to return to their work, leisure activities and chosen sports. Sarah is a member of the Acupuncture association for Chartered physiotherapists. In her spare time Sarah loves playing sports and has particular interests in skiing, hockey and triathlons.

 

 

Massage Therapist

Clare

Clare Murphy Dip Therapeutic massage, Dip Body therapies, BEng.
Clare qualified with diplomas in both Theraputic Massage and Body Therapies in New Zealand in 1999. She provided sports and therapeutic massage for patients at Olympic Physiotherapy in Auckland, before returning to the UK to set up her London practice.
She combines Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular and sports massage techniques to suit patients' needs.

Cordelia

Cordelia Regis
Cordelia has been the Practice Administrator at Physio Solutions since 2006.
She started her career in the Civil Service, working for the Department of Transport for 5 years. This was followed by 3 years at University studying for a degree in Social Sciences. On her return to work she joined the NHS in an administrative capacity and then moved on to work in private healthcare. Cordelia gained the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification in 2008.

 

Practice Receptionist/Office Assistant

Myriam

Myriam Oudina
Myriam received her Baccalaureat secretarial qualifications in France. She came to London to learn English in 1989 and has also lived in Italy for 4 years. As well as working in administration, Myriam has developed a special interest in health and fitness. She is a qualified Group Exercise Instructor, Reflexologist and has a level 3 Diploma in Pilates Matwork. She speaks fluent French, English and Italian.
