Feedback

These are some of the feedback notes and reports that we have received over the years.

"Thank you so much for helping me to heal my shoulder. I feel so much more positive about my health and am very grateful to you for that. You are amazing at what you do, thank you."
24-year old student with shoulder tendonitis.

"Although my condition is 'up and down' I do feel more in control and not worried now about flare-ups. Maybe I’ll even change my job one of these days! I just wanted to say how much I appreciated all your support as well as the treatment."
42 year-old lady with a chronic work-related upper limb disorder.

"The exercises you worked out for me were wonderful. They had an immediate effect, so that by the end of the following week I actually had a pain-free day. I’ve been so lucky to have seen the right people early on, rather than languishing for months or years with no appropriate treatment as happens to most ‘RSI’ sufferers. Seeing you was really the turning point and I am extremely grateful."
Free-lance writer with work-related upper limb disorder.

"Just to let you know that I have now completed my course of physio and feel much better – thanks very much for referring me. I thought you might like some feedback for future referrals. The service offered by Physio Solutions was really good. My first appointment was made within a day or so of the referral and I was offered appointments throughout the day until early evening which I thought was excellent and very convenient. I rarely had to wait for my appointment. At the initial appointment I was given a thorough physical examination and we talked through what had happened. The treatment consisted of manipulation/massage of the affected area, ultrasound, exercises and advice on well-being and lifestyle changes. The therapist kept thorough notes and would ask me for updates on the effect of the treatment and what steps or exercises I was undertaking to remedy the problem. I found her to be very caring and practical. Overall, I thought it was a great service. Thanks.
